Add tasks
- Click + Task or press T.
- Drag ends to resize duration.
Dependencies
- Drag from a task’s right connector to another to create a link (FS by default).
- Types: FS, SS, FF, SF (edit in task details).
Baselines (optional)
- Save a baseline to compare plan vs. actual.
